Our Leadership Team
Larry J. Rogers, CEO
Mr. Rogers has held the position of CEO since founding the
company in 1993. He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical
Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. His
professional portfolio includes roles as project lead and project
coordinator for numerous projects in government and private
industry, ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to over $300
million.
Barry G. Polley, Program Manager, Education
Programs
Mr. Polley joined DRO in August 2006, after a successful career in
the pharmaceutical industry. He holds as B.S. degree in Education
from Indiana University, and a M.S. degree in Education from Butler
University.
John E. Humpert, Technical Director, Education
Programs
Mr. Humpert has held the position of Education Director since
joining the company as a direct employee, in February, 2006. He
holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Southern
Indiana. Mr. Humpert is fluent in both English and German.

Maria Garces, Business Analyst/Training Specialist
Ms. Garces is a financial systems analyst, specializing in SAP
Purchases (MM) and Enterprise Buyer (SRM/EBP) applications.
She earned MBA and B.A. degrees from Pontificia Universidad
Javeriana. Ms. Garces is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Deborah Bowen, Project Manager
Ms. Bowen is an experienced project manager, and in fact, teaches
project management for the University of Phoenix MBA program.
She earned a MBA degree from Xavier University, a B.A. degree in
mathematics from Fisk University, and a Project Management
Masters Certificate from George Washington University. She also
holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
Bryan Rogers, Graphic Design Specialist
Mr. Rogers is an undergraduate student at The Ohio State
University, majoring in Industrial Design. He has extensive
experience in the design of corporate communication materials for
large enterprises.
